Chicken Crescent Rolls

These 4-ingredient Chicken Crescent Rolls have tender chicken surrounded in flakey, buttery crescent rolls, covered in a savory chicken sauce. The perfect weeknight comfort meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 10.5 ounce can of cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Open the can of crescent roll dough and divide into 8 piece laying them flat on a cookie sheet.
  • Place an equal amount of cooked chicken in the center of each roll.
  • Roll up the crescent roll and place in a shallow greased baking dish. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth with a whisk until well mixed.
  • Pour the soup mixture evenly over the stuffed crescent rolls.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

    • Feel free to substitute the diced cooked chicken with rotisserie chicken, canned chicken, or leftover chicken breast or thighs.
    • If you're sensitive to salt, use a low-sodium chicken broth and low-sodium cream of chicken soup.
    • Preparing your chicken crescent roll-ups on a cookie sheet is the easiest method to keep the dough from sticking to the surface. You can use the countertop, a cutting board, or another serving tray instead if they're non-stick, or you spray them with cooking spray first.
    • For extra creaminess and flavor, add up to ¼ cup of softened cream cheese or shredded cheddar cheese to the gravy.
